Our Story: From a Humble Corner to IN DELON

Our journey did not begin with grand investments or polished offices. It started in a quiet corner of life.

From Struggles to Integrity ：

Since 2008, I had been working in foreign trade—dabbling in freight forwarding, sales, procurement—trying almost everything, but never truly settling down to build deep roots in one area. By 2015, after years of struggling in a market full of deception and short-term thinking, my husband and I realized something important: we didn’t want to become what we disliked. We had no money, no powerful connections, and we refused to compromise our integrity just to survive. So we stepped away from the chaos of that market and returned to our hometown, Changsha, Hunan.

From DIY to Innovation ：

Not long after moving back, our family faced a small but frustrating issue at home with plumbing. Searching online for solutions, we couldn’t find anything that worked. So my husband, with his background in electronic engineering, created a DIY fix using nothing more than the body of a simple floss container. And it worked.

That tiny, improvised solution made us pause and think. If we were unwilling to make a living through dishonesty, perhaps the answer lay in the opposite direction: to rely on our strengths, to dig deeper into what we were truly good at. That was the beginning of our product development journey—led by his engineering expertise and our shared belief in building something reliable, with integrity.

Out of that humble beginning, IN DELON was born. Today, what started as a small idea has grown into a full-stack partner for design, manufacturing, sourcing, and fulfillment—still grounded in the same principle:
